    Chocolate Chip

    Everyone loves a classic chocolate chip cookie. Our cookies are made with less sugar, allowing the flavors to shine through. They are chewy, soft, cake-like, and bursting with flavor. We never use artificial flavors or preservatives unless those preservatives are inherent in the ingredients, and we are picky about our ingredients.

    Most of our cookie ingredients start off as a simple Chocolate Chip Cookie (See below). Then, they evolve.

    Ingredients

    SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS, BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, EGGS, FLOUR, VANILLA EXTRACT, CHOCOLATE EXTRACT, BAKING POWDER, SALT.

    * Each product is independently heat-sealed in bio-degradable packaging.

    Popcorn Oatmeal

    The basic recipe with the added ingredients:

    • Popcorn
    • Oatmeal
    • Ground Coffee

    Various Toppings

    Your cookie may have one or more of the following:

    • Salted Caramel Chocolate Candy
    • Almond M&Ms
    • Peanut Butter Cups
    • Caramel Candy

    Baking Therapy Cafe Scones are only made with natural ingredients. They are lighter than a cookie and denser than a southern biscuit. Not overly sweet, they’re perfect.

    The basic Ingredients

    FLOUR, CANE SUGAR, BUTTER, EGGS, HEAVY CREAM, BAKING POWDER, PURE VANILLA EXTRACT, SALT.

    Maple Fig Pecan

    In addition to the basic ingredients, we’ve added:

    MAPLE SYRUP, FRESH FIGS, PECANS, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, ALL-SPICE.

    Lemon Blueberry

    In addition to the basic ingredients, we’ve added:

    LEMON CURD, LEMON EXTRACT, LEMON JUICE, LEMONCELLO, DRIED BLUEBERRIES, FREEZE-DRIED BLUEBERRIES

    Brownies

    This batch of brownies came out super moist, fudgy, and ooey-gooey rich and chocolatey. Yet, they are NOT overly sweet.

    Double Chocolate

    The Double Chocolate Brownie is our basic brownie. This is our starting point.

    SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS, sugar, unsweetened cocOa powder, eggs, butter, flour, oil, cornstarch, PURE VANILLA EXTRACT, baking soda, salt.

    From there, we experiment.

    Feel the cold of the eggs as you place them in a bowl of warm water.

    Experience the butter as it slips through your fingers as you chop it into small pea-like pieces.

    Your hands mix the flour and become one with the other dry ingredients.

    Hear the slap of the butter against the mixer as it combines with the soft granules of sugar.
